“The mother global foundation organised a week-long painting exercise across pune involving children in positive and productive activities at home.”
The globe has been shaken by the coronavirus shutdown. Millions of children have been displaced from their schools, forcing parents to figure out how to channel their children's energy into at-home life. The mother global foundation organised a week-long painting project in Pune to assist parents and schools in keeping children occupied and involved in beneficial activities in virtual mode.
Every child's home, according to the Mother Global Foundation, should provide not only food and a place to sleep, but also safety and community. Most importantly, it is done out of love. In Pune, a painting initiative was established to keep youngsters occupied with colours in order to combat dullness and gloom.
"This project is primarily designed keeping the benefits of art
therapy in mind. This boredom, gloom and
uncertainty caused by the spread of virus and related deaths mostly always
transfers to children where it negatively impacts their mental health. The idea
is to manage behaviors, process feelings, and reduce stress and anxiety, which
affected all children, across society," said Dr.Sindhutai, Social worker,

children's health and education. Obviously, we provide basic facilities and
necessities to them. Nowadays, our adopted children are well-educated lawyers
and doctors. Also, a few of our adopted children run their own orphanages for
society's welfare.”
